Lauren Roberts has over a decade of legal and operational experience helping organizations thrive by transforming the way their people collaborate. She is a consultant in the non-profit and private sectors providing strategic legal and operational guidance on organizational design, resource management and governance.

Before Lauren was a consultant, she served as the Director of Operations and Impact at The Solutions Project, where she led the organization’s internal affairs and strategic planning.

Before joining The Solutions Project, she was in-house counsel at Fairway Group Holdings Corp., where she advised the executive team and managed a variety of the company’s legal, contractual, employment, compliance and regulatory affairs. She was also a founding board member of the company’s philanthropic arm, Fairway Community Foundation.

Before she became an attorney, Lauren led operations at The Jazz Foundation of America, where she developed the organization’s infrastructure, managed programming, fundraised and co-produced benefit concerts. She has a B.A. from Vassar College and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
